I was looking for a way to help me permanently manage or completely change some of my habits and behaviors that no longer served me.
I participated in a hypnotherapy session and had such an exceptional result that I decided to take a hypnosis training program. It complimented the other energy modalities that I was learning. It became a great tool to achieve relaxation and awareness as I made my way through my life.
Hypnosis is a way of getting around our conscious mind and into our subconscious mind. That is where real change takes place. It is a place where our unconscious thoughts and body functions live. They are working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Memories are stored there, and we can bring into sharp focus how we sabotage ourselves and where we can change that dialogue. This is a very gentle, safe way of bringing these thoughts to light.
From my first training through the Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment to my training in San Francisco with Randall Churchill at the Hypnotherapy Institute, I genuinely believe that our healing goes even deeper.
Through hypnosis, we are able to set into place different habits that help us achieve success. It allows us to quiet our minds so that we can become more aware. From how our bodies hold and store the energy of our thoughts to the way our minds can distract us from our truth, awareness is critical to change. It allows us not only to recognize what no longer serves us but will enable us to achieve permanent change.
